Money Back Guarantee and Other Strategies for Your Music

I offer a money-back guarantee on all of my products. My philosophy is that if you don't love what you bought from me, I don't want to take your money. But all of my products are digital, which means that there is no real way to return them. So a person could buy stuff from me and just ask for their money back and keep using the product just the same. It might sound like a bad business idea, but it's a risk I take because I believe that the guarantee allows people to buy things from me without the risk of buyer's remorse. I think that helps build trust and confidence in what I do. In the long run, I believe that is more important.
