Classic Electric Piano Sounds in Ableton Live
Electric Piano is a collection of Ableton Live Instrument Racks that capture the sound of a vintage electric piano. The CP-35 has two voice, each with 16 different waves, that can be combined to create the perfect electric piano sound. I multi-sampled all of the wave voices on the 1981 Yamaha CP-35, and recreated the instrument using Instrument Racks.

Combine Waves and Sculpt Your Sound
Using 2 layers of Instrument Racks, you can dial in sound for Wave 1 and Wave 2 to get the perfect electric piano sound. Each layer has adjustable tones, volumes, tunings, and attack and decay parameters. Additionally, I’ve recreated the CP-35’s Tremolo, which is a lush auto-pan effect that elegantly surrounds you as you play.
