Powerful Arpeggiated Sequences Using the New Max for Live Arp Device

Arp is a new Max for Live device, released with Ableton Live 9.5. It's one of the coolest devices that comes with the Max for Live Essentials Pack. For ages I've wished for a nice way to add swing to Live's arpeggiator. I discussed a solution here, but it was not perfect or nearly as robust as the new Arp device. Now you have control over swing, velocity and note length per step, and as an added bonus you can also automate any parameter in Live with Arp. To show you how, I've created the tutorial below.
