Learning From When Things Don't Go So Well

I learned a few lessons from my last live performance. It has to do with the importance of preparation (of course!) and how my own mental state affected the way I perceived the performance. It's pretty incredible how the thoughts in your mind can affect how you feel about the way something goes. 

In the latest episode of the Music Production Podcast, I talk about what I learned from being less than properly prepared for a live performance, and also how your own mind state can affect how you think the performance went.
